Please read before booking services.


CANCELLATION POLICY

O.liv loves serving you and meeting your treatment needs. However, please remember and be mindful that your scheduled appointment time is just for you and only you. If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment time or cancel without a proper notice, our therapists miss out on the opportunity of being of service to another guest.


We ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance to change or cancel appointments without penalty. We will charge 100% of all booked services without 24 hour notice and for no-shows for individuals. Spa packages and groups of (2) must give a minimum 48 hour cancellation notice. Parties of (3) or more individuals will require a 72 hour notice. Spa Parties of (6) or more will require 7 days notice.


All no show, no notice cancellations, and cancellations made past the required notice date will be charged 100% of the total price for the services booked on the card on file. Appointments booked same day and within the 24 hours are still subject to our cancellation policy. 


LATE ARRIVALS

Due to Nashville's traffic and parking, please make sure to arrive 20-30 minutes before your appointment time. If anything comes up or you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may be unable to accommodate your full service and you will be charged for the full allotted time. Appointments booked same day and within the 24 hours are still subject to our cancellation policy. 


COVID19 & SICK POLICIES

We ask that if you or someone in your household has tested positive for COVID19, that you please cancel and reschedule your appointment - OUR CANCELLATION POLICY STILL APPLIES!

We DO NOT recommend receiving a massage when you are at the beginning of any illness or within 3 days of recovering. If you are sick, we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment, take the time you need to rest and get well soon.

We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.


RESERVATIONS

We require a credit card and phone number at the time of booking in order to reserve your appointment. If you are holding a gift certificate, please bring it with you the day of your service to redeem.


We recommend booking in advance to receive your preferred date, time and therapist for your services. We request you arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment so you have time to change, wind down, drink a tea or glass of wine and relax before your service.


LATE ARRIVALS

If you are late, we can offer you the time remaining on our treatment, or reschedule you for another day with a 100% charge for the missed appointment.


INTAKE FORM

Please fill out a client intake form before your arrival and email it to info@olivbodybar.com. Intake was also emailed & or texted to you and can be filled out easily there.

GIFT CARDS

  • Lost or Stolen Cards: Protect your Card as if it were cash and safeguard the Card from unauthorized use. Cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen, mutilated or damaged.
  • Gift certificates must be present at the time of the service to be redeemed. Gift certificates are not redeemable if lost or stolen.
  • FORGOTTEN CARDS: In the event you have forgotten to bring your gift card. You must pay for your days services & purchases with cash, check, or credit card. You can then redeem the card at a later date.
  • LOST CARDS: In the event you have lost a Gift Card. Gift Cards are the responsibility of the purchaser or receiver. O.liv will not issue credit for a lost or stolen Card.


POLICY FOR MINORS

A guest must be a minimum of 16 years old to use the Mud Lounge, and at least 18 years old for massage and facial treatments unless a parent or guardian can be present in the treatment room.


SPAAAAH VOICES PLEASE ...

O.liv is an intimate spa. We strive to provide a cozy, personal experience for each client. We all love connecting on our phones, but tranquility comes at a small price ... a tiny break from the outside world. Please use a quiet spaaah voice when you're at the spa, and please, take a small break and turn off your cell phone for your time in the spa.


GRATUITIES

If you are pleased with the Spa services you have received, it is customary to give a 20% - 30% gratuity to your therapist. Cash gratuities are always preferred but credit is accepted.
