Appointments

We recommend booking appointments in advance to receive your preferred date, time and therapist for your services. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment so you can lounge around, wind down, drink your tea or glass of wine, and have time to relax before your service.

We require a credit card and phone number at the time of booking in order to reserve your appointment. If you are holding a gift certificate, please provide the voucher number in order to hold the appointment time.

Spaaaah Voices Please...

O.liv is an intimate spa. We strive to provide a cozy, personal experience for each client. We all love connecting on our phones, but tranquility comes at a small price ... a tiny break from the outside world. Please use a quiet spaaah voice when you're at the spa, and please, take a small break and turn off your cell phone for your time in the spa.

Late Arrivals

If you are late, we can offer you the time remaining on our treatment, or reschedule you for another day with a 100% charge for the missed appointment.

Cancellation Policy

O.liv is a small, personalized spa. We know that sometimes things come up, but please, give us 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling individual appointments, and at leas 48 hours for couples or groups. Everyone hates doing it - but we reserve the right to charge your card a service fee for missed appointments. There will be a charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and 100% charge for no shows.

Gratuities

If you are pleased with the Spa services you have received, it is customary to give a 15% to 20% gratuity to your therapist. Cash gratuities are preferred.
